Do VGT rates ever go down?

OP here. I just realized my terminology was off.

I had seen the VGT for $3900.
The VGT disappeared and I was seeing a GTY for $5200. I apparently forgot they were different and was thinking the price had gone up for the VGT.
Then it was the VGT that came back for $3900. Thankfully I booked it as the VGT is gone again (there is still a GTY for $5200).

GTY that is still available is 5C. We usually book 5B (midship). No idea what we'll get with the VGT.
