Do theye eventually give an answer??

Last tuesday i sent an email to the DLRP Mail Orders adress, asking it if was possible to deliver me a Tinker Bell Christmas Tree Topper as i had seen it in the shops but i had had not the chance to buy it as we just travelled with hand luggages and it could not fit there
But i have had no reply so far, do they answer emails eventually??????

It's not unheard of for them to take months to reply to those requests.

I don't know if you are able to call them about something like this but that would be a far better option.

I suppose a Christmas Tree Topper in July would not be useful so i had better give them a ring but which number should i call??????

I've emailed them a few times ~ it has taken up to a week to get a personal reply although I have always received the standard automated reply within a few hours.

Did you get that?

Hi Giulia... There is a number on the back of the receipts...it is 00 33 (0) 64744848 or 0033(0) 164744430. Can you elieve I still had the ones from our trip in 2006 ...?? That is where I just copied the number...I knew it was going to be useful one day ..
I remember that when I got back I called them and bought some lanyards and cd's. I gave them my credit card number and they mailed it without any problems.

I have got today an email answer to my question i sent on Nov 4th.
They said it is possible to have the Christmas tree topper delivered and the p&p price fot Italy is 7.20 euros so not too bad
