Do They Track When We Call?

Just wondering if anyone knows...

Does Disney track our account each time we call? For instance, there's been many of us trying recently to call and get the free dining going on. Do they have a "notes" section of our account that they notate?

Dont think so, because everytime I call they are unaware of any previous conversations. What free dining are you speaking of? A pin code? I was just on the website, and there isn't a free dining promo right now.

If you are speaking of the one going on now- it had to be booked by december. Once it expires, you cant book it anymore no matter how many people try.

I should have rephrased that...

some people on here are getting free quick service dining just by mentioning a code. It seems like it is through June.

The people getting free dining with the 3 digit code without having a pin should be jumping up and down as Disney will not let you book unless that PIN is attached to your name, email and so on. Seems like many have been getting pixie dust.
