do they still have entertainment book discounts?

we are planning a quick trip to universal in october. last time i was there was when the royal pacific just opened. i bought the entertainment book to get a good deal on the hotel. is that option still available?

yes, you can still get an enertainment book discount, but there may not be any discount rooms left for this october. They also offer a AAA discount, Fan Club discount and an AP discount, so you may want to call and see if any of these are still open. Good luck!!

Don't forget about the Script Bucks promotion!

If you purchase a one day ticket to the parks, you present the coupon and the lady in the ticket window gives each paying ticket holder $7 in script bucks.

If you buy a two (really a 3 day) park ticket, you get $10 script bucks.

We used our $10 script bucks ($40 total) on lunch at the Enchanted Oak.

We weren't able to use it this time because we purchased our tickets on line, 5 consecutive days.

Those tickets/coupons are located in the Entertainment Book also!

My entertainment book has $7 in bucks with a 2 day 2 park pass- but not a one day...?

Script bucks are the same as Disney Dollars. You can use Script Bucks anywhere in the park for merchandise or food. My Long Island Entertainment book for 2004 had two coupons: One for $7 - one day and one for $10 - two/three day pass.

Since I wasn't able to use them, I handed them out to two different families waiting on line. they didn't know what it was, and one didn't believe me. I'm sure they were pleasantly surprised!!

As far as your book not having the $10 Script Bucks coupon, they probably assign them regionally. Still, a free $7.00 is better than nothing, it's a free lunch for you and the family!! But remember, you can only get the script bucks when you purchase your tickets At The Park, so don't buy them online like I did

Yes, I brought the coupons with me to Guest Services and they said that they clearly state on the coupon that you will only receive the Script Bucks if you purchase your tickets at the sales window at the park.

So we were not able to use them, even though we purchased the park tickets directly through Universal's website.
