I changed our resort at the 7 mts mark for our upcoming trip in Sept. We have not recieved a hard copy in the mail of our reservation changes like we have in the past. A couple months ago I had to called to add the dining plan and asked to have one mailed to me and I still have not got it. I can see the changes on DVCMEMBER.com, do you think if I print that out that would be ok just in case something were to be wrong at check in? Only thing about online it doesn't list that I added the dining plan and I have read on here before of people arriving and checking in and it wasn't listed in the computer and they weren't able to add it. So do I call or just print what is on the member site?:confused3

check your address online - then call MS and make sure they have the correct address.

they definitely still mail them.

it takes 7 to 10 working days (so you can't count sat or sun)

oh forgot got told unless the reservation number changes - they don't send you a new confirmation letter unless you ask for it.

Not sure how long you have been waiting but it took us almost 3 weeks to get ours.

Made a ressie last week and just got the hard copy yesterday - 7 days later. And it only had to go to Atlanta!

We live in Ill, made a change last week and got a new confirmation letter yesterday

funny I was just wondering about the same question. We made a ressie and had a wait list...got the mailed copy for the first part but online I can see they filled the 2 days waitlist but it has been over a month and no paper confirmation for that part...looks like 3 separate ressies on line...does that sound right....Sorry for butting in:goodvibes

It has been a couple of months since I made the change and like I said when I called to add the Dining plan I asked again to have one mailed to me and still nothing. Guess I will call again tomorrow. Thank you to everyone for your help.

I've received my last few comfirmations within 7 to 10 days.

If the waitlist was for two nights in the middle of the stay, yes it would still show as 3 different reservations. You may want to call and check with Member Services to make sure the reservations are linked. That way, you won't have to check out and back in. They should have done this automatically if room type and names on the reservations are the same, but it doesn't hurt to verify.

Thank you so much for answering...yes it was 2 days missing 2days and then rest of ressie 2weeks. We called in the 11-7 window but could not get whole ressie...BWV Oct!!! it is PV and all three ressie say that...guess I will give them a call before we go to link them all up with one number I'm just glad I remembered we could look at ressie on line and that is how I found out waitlist was filled. Guess someone walked their ressie because it was filled within a few weeks Yippie really didn't want to move for 2 days Thanks again for the info...carol:goodvibes
