Do they hold you at the ticket/trans center?

Hi there!

I am hoping to be at the turnstiles for the opening of the MK on the two days we will be visiting. We will be staying off site and driving to the parks every morning. For the MK, on non-EMH mornings, do they make you hold at the ticket/transportation center until the park opens, or are you able to ride the monorail and ferry boat over and wait at the turnstiles?

Also, which mode of transporation to MK is faster, monorail or ferry?

Monorail starts running earlier than the boat. They take about the same amount of time usually. They will let you go over to the turnstiles.
