As far as the party, I have never heard that it is any different that night than any other night.

I think OP is asking if because it's actually halloween night, if the MNSSHP will have like extra characters out or merchandise or anything else different from any of the other MNSSHP's.

Which I've never heard of. It's the same party as any other night as far as I know of

They have trick-or-treating around The Boardwalk if that is of interest to you. There was also a Hallowoeen dance party outside in the courtyard of The Boardwalk around dusk. The year we were there they also showed Hocus Pocus on the beach at Beach Club on Hallowoeen night.

MNSSHP is same as every other night except extra special (ie higher) pricing on 10/31.
