Even though it might be a minor inconvenience, you could bring your own onboard. (We're a family of Dr. Pepper fanatics, who have a hard time enduring a whole week without any, so we lug them with us.) I'm pretty sure the bars have ginger ale (for about 1.75 per can.)
my wife taught me a bartender's trick to make ginger ale out of normal soda fountain products. fill a glass up with ice, and fill it with 95% sprite, 7up, slice, sierra mist, etc (something clear and lemony), and 5% coke.
it really works! it tastes like ginger ale!
okay, it's not gonna taste like true ginger ale (like stewart's ginger beer) but it passes well enough (to me) for canada dry.
They have the normal popular flavors. I think of Ginger Ale as more of a mixer than a soda you drink straight, but I'm sure the bars will stock it.
We cruised before the free soda, so other than in the dining room, my kids actually came to enjoy the lemonade at the beverage station and the fruit punch at Topsiders. But I think they drank more milk than anything.
...but they have Ginger Ale in the dining rooms. I know this because DS and DW both had it during dinner. Why have it available for dinner but not put it at the drink station?
