Do they do parent swap for Space Mountain during MM?

We will probably make it over to Space Mountain: Ghost Galaxy during our MM while there next week. I want to ride it with our older kids before even considering letting DD7 and DS4 ride it.

Do they do parent swap during MM? There's no FastPass return line during that time (which is where they usually put you through), so will DH just have to wait in the whole line to ride after us?

I'm hoping the line won't be too long regardless ...

TIA,

For Space Mt you go through the exit to use child swap. I can't imagine why they wouldn't give you a child swap pass during MM. Also, you don't have to use the child swap pass right away. You could always come back and use it later (or combine with FP to make it even better!). :goodvibes

Interesting tip about the exit.

We've never needed parent swap on SM before -- last time everyone was tall enough to ride, even very petite DD7 (then 4.5 -- you could only see the bow on her head in the picture:cutie:) but there wasn't the fright factor.

I guess I'll just ask a CM when we get there.

I doubt you would need it. Every time we've been there during MM you just go up through the Fast Pass Exit an hardly any wait. I don't know how much Ghost Galaxy would add to it. I might be able to tell you in a couple of days, but depends on how early DW feels on getting on Thursday morning.

DBF does not want to go on space, and ds is only 4. i dont think he can handle the overlay... Will I still be able to use this option? I know the dont have single rider so i was just going to gift my extra 2 fastpasses. (or save for later)

The overlay is not so bad. DD cried on a few rides (the rolling ball on the Indy ride and the dark bit on Splash) but she was OK on Space. First time I covered her eyes for the scary bits, second time she closed her eyes, third time we showed her the pics on the posters and explained how they appeared on the ride and she kept her eyes open the whole time and loved it.
I didn't like them much (big girl, that's me) but I just didn't look at them.
