Do they charge for parking when not a guest

I have plans to meet a friend at CSR for dinner and was wondering what is the parking policy now. I know before they started charging I always drove to a resort for eating and/or shopping and never thought twice about it.

Only registered guests who park their car overnight are charged. In your case, it will be just like before as nothing has changed for day guests.

We drove to Poly for dinner while in Florida (not even on a WDW trip, but wanted a little magic!). We just said we were eating dinner there, and they had no problem with that.
