Do they change blackout dates/add concerts for midweek?

I booked an AP rate for early March and planning on going to the parks 3/6-3/7. I see these are "safe" for using the Seasonal Pass right now, but do they ever add concerts for mid week days like that?

Can I buy my annual pass at the hotel or do I need to go to the park to buy it when we get there?

You can buy it at the hotel ticket desk. You can also buy ahead of time and just pick up at the ticket desk, if they offer a deal or you want to buy before a potential price increase.

I've never seen them add a midweek concert. Mardi Gras concerts are generally Sat nights with a few Fridays.
