Do they allow substitutions?

I am planning an Intimate vow renewal in dec 2007

I have been on the wish book to check out whats included.

My question is, will they allow substitutions as long as its the same price or lower?

Has anyone tried this or done this?

I would like to trade the limo for extra flowers or $$ towards dinner or something...I really dont want a limo for 4hrs...Id rather put that cost towards something I would make better use of.

Havent called FTW yet, but I was hoping to get some input before I do.

Sadly, you can not change out any part of the package. If you choose not to use any element of it then you lose it. The ONLY exception to this rule is if you hire an outside photographer then you can have a honeymoon photo session in one of the parks ( no charge at MK, $50.00 charge for AK, MGM, and Epcot) - but that isn't really a swap it is more of a using your photo part of the package a different day.

Skylarr is right. I didn't need to use the limo so I asked my WP if we could swap it for something else. Unfortunately, that's not a possibility. You can't blame a girl for asking, right?

However, you can use your 4 hour limo charter whenever you like. It doesn't even have to be the day of the wedding! DFTW recommends using it for a ride to or from the airport, for a night in Downtown Disney/Pleasure Island, or to use for transportation to dinner. Whatever you want to use it for is your choice, you just need to let your WP know what your plans are ahead of time.

We won't have any guests to shuffle around for our wedding so we're using the limo after the wedding to take us to GF for photos with Randy Chapman. After we're done there we'll head back to WL to change our clothes, and hop back into the limo to take us to dinner at Boma. It'll work out great!

Like others have said, no, I asked too, and was told no. You can't change out the limo, or any other package elements, for something else. Noted exceptions are the photography as Skylarr29 said and you can get non-alcoholic cider in place of the champagne.

We used the limo the night after the wedding. It took us from WL to EPCOT where we had dinner at Alfredo's, then took us back to WL for a quick stop so we could drop off the umbrella (it didn't rain after all!) and then it took us from WL to PI. Unfortunately, there weren't enough hours to bring us back, so we arrived at Downtown Disney like movie stars in a limo and returned like normal folk on the bus

I was even ok with the fact that if I changed something & it was less I didnt expect the price to be adjusted...bummer

I asked too...and about the limo service!

We used ours two days after our ceremony to take us to Downtown Disney. We figured it was way cool to arrive in a limo, buy buy buy to our hearts content, and then have the limo take us back with all our packages (no worries about losing it on the bus). Worked great for us!

I like the idea of using it for to/from the airport too...but we just used Magical Express for that.
