Do these rides still exist?

I haven't been to Universal since the mid-90's and we are planning to go there for a day or two on our next trip. I was just wondering if these rides still exist & if not what has taken their place??

1. Backlot Tour: I'm not sure if I went on one at US CA or FL.

2. A tribute to Alfred Hitchcock attraction. It was more of a show than a ride & it showed you how the special effects worked in his movies.

3. Flintstones/Hannah Barbara ride-I'm guessing this is gone, huh? What is in it's place?

4. What took the place of that awesome Back to the Future ride? & is it just as good?

None of those attractions are still located in the Orlando park. The backlot tour is still the main attraction at USH.

The Simpsons took BTTF's place and it's a lot of fun. I don't know if it's better...that would depend on if you like The Simpsons.

Alfred Hitchcock was replaced by Shrek 4-D.

Thank you so much! and thank goodness for Youtube!! Call me nerdy or maybe it's the teacher in me, but I much preferred when these parks had more of an educational focus like how special effects are/were done, rather than the "popular movie of the week" theme.

I only visited for the first time last fall, so I never saw the BTTF ride. But if you are Simpsons fans, you will love the new ride. It's all about you and the Simpsons family testing a new ride at Krustyland, with a surprise visit from one of the family's biggest foes. Itchy and Scratchy do the ride safety video.

Disaster is essentially the old Earthquake ride with different pre-shows and the addition of a camera that tapes the riders on the tram during that subway scene you mention.The video creates a preview for an upcoming movie you watch on the trams.I don't ride it very frequently as the pre-shows take too long,especially the Christopher Walken speech,aside from that the ride is OK,if it would have been removed instead of Jaws I wouldn't have missed it one bit,Jaws on the other hand I will miss.

Yes, that's the same ride. But it's been updated and expanded.

This is a good show but there are at least two teams of presenters / actors that I have seen. They were both good but one was "really" good and far better than the other guys in holding the audience, keeping the flow going and were extremely funny. So if you think this might be something you like take ask when the presenters change over and take in two shows. They will be different.
