Do these AAA rates for AKL seem high???

I guess I was thinking the AKL was a bit less than the other deluxes, but this is what I was just quoted for AAA rates for Dec.

Deluxe Pool $292.24
Standard Savannah $283.75
Deluxe Savannah $339.00
Pool Savannah Concierge $475.00


I know AP rates have not come out yet, but the CM just told me to start looking the end of this month for Dec rates. Has anyone gotten a better AAA rate then this? I know this is not rack rate because she quoted that also and it was more.

When in Dec? Rack rate between Dec 20-31 for Savannah View is $410, Deluxe Pool is $510, and Concierge is $610, so those rates are very good.

Rack Rate through Dec 19 is about $50 less for each room--still a pretty good deal. Also, are those prices with or without tax (11.5%)?

It's for Dec 2nd thru the 5th. These are not rack rates, but what she quoted me for AAA. Maybe I'll go ahead and book it and hope for AP pretty soon.
