Do the WDW Restaurants stay open after parks close?

Just wondering if we would be able to hit some of the WDW restaurants after we leave the parks (near or at closing time). I am thinking about Flying Fish and Palio, specifically. Would we have to leave the parks early to be able to be seated for dinner? Thanks!

Hi SpeechGuy!

According to the PASSPorter guide, the hours for those restaurants are:

Flying Fish Cafe 5:30-10pm
and
Palio 6-11pm

Since Flying Fish is at Boardwalk and Palio at Swan/Dolphin, I don't think they will be affected by the park hours. Although the restaurants may stay open later during the Christmas holidays.

.....that is precisely what I needed to know about having a late dinner at Palio and FF.
