Do the stores in the Prime Outlet

actually have outlet prices?

We have an afternoon scheduled for shopping and I want to get the best bang for my buck.

Do you mean the Premium Outlets? If so, then yes, a lot of them do. The ones I've shopped the most are Oilily, Hartstrings, Stride Rite, Character Connection (or whatever the name of the Disney stuff store is), Lacoste, and Maternity Works. All of those stores have had bangup clearance prices when I've shopped there. Of course, everything isn't totally cheap, but they have had plenty of very discounted merchandise. Also, if you show your AAA card at the desk in the center of the food court, you can get a booklet with discounts for many stores for free. If you have no AAA card, you can buy the booklet for $5. It's worth it for a lot of stores.

Most of them do. There are a few stores that I consider to have regular mall prices like PacSun but the majority do have outlet prices. The Disney outlet is usually 50% off the ticket price though you will find some special promotions at times. When I was there, they were offering $50 Tinkerbell and Mickey watches for $15.
Some of the best buys I found were in the Tumi store. Tumi makes high quality luggage and leather goods. I bought a $500 leather carryon/overnight bag for $175 and my DD bought a beautiful $400 handbag for $120.
If you sign up on the Prime Outlets website, you can print out a coupon for a free coupon booklet available at customer service. There aren't any coupons for the Disney outlet but there might be some others you can use.
When I was there at Christmas, there was still quite a bit of construction which made it difficult to walk to the Neiman Marcus outlet from the other outlets.
The Prime Outlets are not to be confused with the Premium Outlets which are the closest to WDW. The Prime are the old Belz outlets and they are located at the end of International Drive.

It will tell you which stores a particular outlet has and how many are TRUE outlet stores. Also don't forget to go to the outlet's website and print out the complimentary coupon book for extra savings.

If you can find a Children's Place outlet, then the answer is YES! They are awesome, especially for girls' clothes.

It's really close to the back entrance...it's near where the Bahama Breeze is. I'm sure that someone else can describe the location better than I can.

There is a Disney store there (Character Premiere?), and they do have plenty of stuff from the parks. The prices vary. I've gotten my child shirts there for $4.99 or $5.99 before, and I've found nice Disney sweatshirts there for under $20. There are definitely deals to be found at this store, but I think that the exact merchandise must vary at all times.

they have one in williamsburg va... its hit or miss sometimes i can go get some wesome deals... other days nothing...

fyi, premium outlet (1 mile from WDW) has both coach and dooney & bourke the others nearby only have coach.

Question How do you get there without renting a car? How much is cab? We want to go but if don't have to rent a car it would be great!!
