I was going to wait until we got on the boat before making any reservations for shore excursions. Is this a good idea? Will I have a problem booking?

Yes, the popular ones book up very quickly. On the Eastern Caribbean itinerary, this would include the Golden Eagle Catamaran. So, if there's something you have your heart set on, book it in advance.

I was thinking the same thing....we are leaving this thursday and we wanted to book some excursions when we get there. It's only the 3 day cruise so I hope that we decided to do the right thing. We will find out very soon and I'll let you know. Bon Voyage!:D

IMHO, if you already know what you will want to do, book it in advance, then it is one less thing you have to do once you get on board.
And if you change your mind I believe you have up to 7 days in advance to cancel, or change.
