Do the refillable resort mugs come free with the DDP?

Do the refillable resort mugs now come free with the DDP? I thought I had see that here somewhere but I may be mistaken?

Hi, refillable resort mugs come with the Deluxe Dining Plan only, not the regular DDP, I believe.

They come included with the DELUXE Dining Plan....1 per person on the plan.
