Do the promotions that sold out ever open

so I missed the free dinning and 30% off rooms. I had a pin too which did nothing I have been calling everyday hoping for a cancelation. We are going Sept 29th and booked the AOA memo suite. Did anyone have luck getting a discount after the fact?
