Do the parks ever close with crowds

Yes, they do. The rule is that once the park closes, if you're not in line, you don't get to ride. If you are in line, you get to ride. You can still poke around the shops, as they close later, especially the ones at the front of the park.
 
I think that the question was - do they ever stop letting people in to the park because it is too crowded? I would like to know this also.
 
That has not happened yet. There have been days where it has gotten close, but never closed due to capacity.
