At Disney - Yes, its great. My DH takes full advange of this. I hate going places that don't have them.. and crazy enough I find them missing in some Women's bathrooms too.. public places too.
No. They don't. None of them do. Nowhere on Disney property is there a men's restroom with changing tables. And if ANY man tells you they do, well, he's a bloody liar AND he's excluded from the Man Club.

Actually, my kids are now (thankfully) beyond changing tables. And EVERYONE knows that Men's restrooms are FILTHY, so, you know, that's why even now our kids need to go with my wife to the women's room. It's a public health and safety of our kids issue.

I have actually found in many places that woman's rooms are worse. Generally only in a couple of areas though, the sinks being the big one, since guys never get makeup all over the sinks and are much less likely to get hair all over the sink. The other area is in the stalls due to woman that refuse to use the little boxes or worse the bathrooms that for some reason don't have them and they refuse to take trash to the trash can. Trust me no one is going to look at you and think your gross for doing this, all the other woman in the bathroom have the same issues at times and we are much more likely to think your gross for leaving it in the stall where someone else has to look at it and eventually clean up after you.
I won't change my DD in any public bathroom. I just find it sort of gross. I usually try to find a secluded spot somewhere and change her diaper in her stroller (it lays all the way back). Now, I haven't been to Disney since I was a kid, so I don't know how the bathrooms are.
We did find an issue with the changing table in the restroom right by Space Mountain. If you're short, don't bother. My cousin is only 4'7" and her dd2 weighed over 50 lbs (with the thigh high braces on her legs) and she couldn't lift her up over her shoulders to the table. I had to go in and help (I'm only 5'1") and it was a struggle for me to change her. I think that changing table was installed by NBA players.
But yes, according to my dh there are changing tables in the men's rooms although he has never used one.
Most of the changing tables are even separated from the stalls or urinals so there's a bit of privacy. We also used the baby care centers as much as possible.
We packed plenty of the large disposable changing pads so I had no worries about anything gross that may have been left behind from moms who changed their kids without putting anything between their kid & the changing table
LOL! I thought for sure that you were going to finish this sentence with "...because guys never actually wash their hands."
And while yes, Disney does have changing tables in both Men's and Women's washrooms, that execuse has never flied with me. My view when we are out and about is that sometimes women's restrooms don't have them either and I figure out a way to manage, so DH can do so too -- it isn't even a consideration in our household.
Too funny that most men have the same reply when it comes to this issue! I know my hubby got himself in big trouble with the other guys by saying in front of one of their wives that he just finished changing a diaper in the public bathroom. The wife was soo upset because she actually believed him when he said there were no change tables in there!
