Just curious. Last time at the lifeboat drill, we wondered which vest our kids should wear, the kid one or the adult one. I know my 11 year old definitely needs an adult one but now I'm wondering which one my 9 year old should wear. :confused3

Also, I guess the whole point of the drill is in case of an emergency so I guess it would be nice to know which vest will more likely keep my children afloat in the water??:scared1:

Holy hannah...70.5 lbs???? My 6 year old may be close to that by the time we cruise! OK, my kids are tall for their age...don't anyone call the Biggest Loser people on me :rotfl2:

Thanks Ashman :thumbsup2

Anytime you have a math/conversion question like that, you can type it into google and it will answer for you.

Dont worry about the life jacket sizes, we had the wrong size for our daughter last year and they brought up the right size right after the drill.

All very useful information...thank you very much! We have 2 rooms so we should be OK on availability (assuming the 6 year old doesn't gain 5 lbs in the next month). I just remember last time rushing to get to the drill on time and looking at 32 kg and thinking "what the heck is that?"

My 7 year old DD needed an adult size jacket in March. The child's size was simply too small.
