Do the kid's bkfasts at AS food court include a drink?

The menus at Allears shows this over the list of breakfast choices:
Kids' Picks
Choice of: 1% milk, small bottled water or Apple juice
We will be buying breakfast OOP- is the drink included for kids? We are still buying the refillable mugs, but I think DD8 would like milk/juice sometimes.
