yes, but it is first come basis, I've seen inflatables ones on amazon you can easily use if your child is old enough and just need a little barrier, some people put pillows under the fitted sheet to get the same results, even pool noddles are used by some.

Thank you! My youngest will be almost 3 during our trip. She sleeps in a toddler bed at home, and I'm afraid she will be too big for a pack n play by the time of our trip. I will check out the inflatable ones on Amazon.

We were just there with our now 2 but close to 3 year old. She sleeps in a toddler bed at home but is too big for a pack-n-play or crib. We did a split stay, at GF we requested and recieved bed rails. When we moved to CR, we didn't bother and just lined each side of the bed with pillows under the sheets. She's a solid as a rock sleeper who barely moves, so this worked just fine.

We just got back from an 8 night stay at AoA and was able to get bed rails we requested. If we couldn't get them I would have bought pool noodles, which works fine for our older kid who is a wild sleeper (moves around a lot).

Do you make these request when you get to the lobby or can you do it prior to arriving? We are driving down after my husband gets off work and it will be bedtime for the kids when we arrive.

I called the resort two days before check-in to make the request. I also had the request in writing in MDE. Never hurts to ask again once you actually check-in. They can't promise the bedrails but it's worth the shot! You can also rent bed rails from Magic Kingdom Strollers or one of the other rental companies.

We've had at least 8 stays with our toddler and have never had an issue getting bed rails. I've also never called or requested ahead.

We either request them at the front desk when we arrive or call housekeeping from our room.

Also, as long as you don't leave the "Do not disturb" sign on your door, they will deliver them into your room while you are at the parks/dinner/etc.
