Do the flowers stay up during the week for Flower/Garden Festival?

We were there for the character weekend last year and saw the very cool topiaries. I'm interested in seeing that again this year. We'll be at Epcot on a Wednesday between Festival weekends. Will the displays be there during the week? I'm not concerned about the concerts, just the decorations.

The flowers do stay up during the week for the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival. Researchers over at the Land Pavillion call this process development "Viagriculture."
