Do the First Aid stations at US\IOA have beds?

Does anyone know if the first aid stations in US and IOA have beds in them? We usually use those for DS12 to get a break from his wheelchair, do a bolus feeding and other things while at WDW and are hoping that Universal has a similar set up.
