Do the DL Hotels sell park tickets?

Sorry for the silly question, but just making certain. By the time we get there and I've paid off the hotel, I'll have earned quite a few reward points on my Disney Visa. I'd like to purchase the tickets when we arrive at the hotel. I know they sell them at Good Neighbor motels. Do they also sell them at the on-site hotels?

Thanks.

I'm not sure if you can purchase them directly from the desk, but you can add them to your reservation and pay when you're there. I'm not sure how the Disney Visa points work, but you may be able to call and add that money to your reservation.

ETA: I always add tickets to my reservation when I travel with my sister. I have an AP but she doesn't so we add tickets to the hotel only res and pick them up when we arrive and check in.

OK thanks. I might just order them in advance if that's the case. Last thing I want to do is stand in line at the park to buy them.

Good question! I was wondering a related question...If I bought tickets from LMT or another vendor can I exchange those for actual tickets so that I can scan them into the app to be ready for Max Pass? I will need to be potentially adding 10 tickets to my account on the app!

I don't think so.

Yes, you can purchase tickets at all three of the resort hotel front desks. You would not need to wait at a ticket booth line.

Keep in mind though depending on how many days you are going Magic Morning is only included with tickets purchased in advance, not at the gate or hotel.

If you are staying at a Disney Hotel, aren't Magic Mornings included anyways?

We've always been able to go in early. Does it count as an advance purchase to add them to the reservation?

I thought you got it anyway if staying on site, too.

Duhhh, brain fart. Yes...EMH staying on site trumps MM if you are at a resort hotel.

...sooooooo, TECHNICALLY magic morning is not included if you stay on site. (EMH is however!) 8-)

There have been reports of being able to scan the eTicket you get from LMT into the app and having it work after exchanging for paper tickets for Maxpass. I believe the barcode stays the same. Haven't done it myself, though.

That is helpful & hopeful to know! Would like to have it set up before entering the parks & not have the added stress, etc. Thanks!
