Do the CM at FW reservations really take into acct. the size of your RV?

when assigning sites? We have a 40 foot MH (actually 41") with 4 slides. We have requested loop 1400 as we like the proximity to things from there. But, they seemed to be so concerned with size that it got me wondering if they actually do look at things like that.

Also wondering if anyone knows a particularly big site on 1400. Thanks.

Yes they do, and they will ask you about the size of your RV.

That being said, I couldn't believe some of the units that they were getting into some of these sites last week.

Our site was pretty good sized. 1426. Our TT is 25 feet long. The tires were sitting a few inches from the end of the pad. Our rear bed slide extended over the sand pit, which was also a good size. As you can see, there is still plenty of room in front of the trailer. Here is a pic of our site:

Down about six sites from our's, across from the bathhouse, was a very large site. I don't know the number, but it's right across the street from the comfort station.

Also, have you checked out disneycamper's website. If you look at the loop index, some of the site dimensions are listed on there. www.disneycampers.com.

Thank you so much Barb. I am very excited that I am getting a preferred spot, as when i originally made my reservations, they were full. So, all is good.

Disney asked us when we reserved about our RV size, slides and awning but when we got there the site (331) was way too small for our RV (37 ft. with 2 slides & awning) and we had to get a different site (353).

They have a book with the site number and size info. You are better off in a site that you fit into. There is not alot of room to start with and i hate when i can't put out the awning and have no 'patio' area.
