I agree and have informed DD that an extra hour in bed is expected. She is exhausted tonight as we had her birthday party today! So will it be DH or I up at 5:45?

my dh works the night shift but his working week is sunday-thursday so he was lucky and got the xtra hour

even the kids stayed in bed

DH was up ridiculously early at 5am or something off to play golf all day (you can tell I wasn't awake when he left)
