Do TAs Check for Pins?

Just curious here. We have our trip booked through a Disney-only TA. I've read that you can have a pin attached to your account and not know it, meaning they won't necessarily email or mail it to you. So even if I'm booked, should I periodically have my TA check for a pin or call myself and then have my TA adjust it? I realize that I should wait for the Free Dining hysteria to dine down first.

Bump anyone know the answer? I know this is a busy time for the Dining forums.

It may not be possible for your TA to call Disney for each guest he/she has to check for available Pins. Some TAs have a high number of clients and it would be impossible for them to continuously call and monitor for personal Pins for each guest they have booked. You can certainly call Disney yourself and if you find that you have a Pin under your name, contact your TA so that they can in turn contact Disney to try and have that Pin applied. And of course, if you get a Pin in the mail or email, do let your TA know.

I would call yourself and if you do happen to have a pin, contact your TA and have her call and see if it can be applied. You can't have the pin applied to your existing reservation as Disney won't talk to you about it as your TA "owns" that reservation until you check in, but you can certainly call and ask if anything is attached to your name.

That's what I'll do!

Thanks! Just what I was wondering.
