If a TA made the ressie, you won't be able to reconfirm, only the TA can.

My TA at The Magic For Less reconfirmed our reservations for us. We got exactly what we requested on our reservation.

If you book with DU, your reservation is confirmed twice: once when your deposit is paid, and again after the deposit is paid.
