Do spa treatments sell out?

First time cruiser question: Do the spa treatments generally get booked up quickly? Clearly the beverage tastings do.. but does that happen eventually with the spa treatments too? I want to schedule a massage, but would like to wait until way closer to sail date (or maybe even do it onboard after I check out the spa area).. but am I at risk of not getting a spot if I don't do it way ahead of time?

I always book spa services when we are on the ship. Never had a problem.

They run specials when you are on the boat too. Port days are usually great days to save on services if you can take advantage of it.

They don't usually sell out in advance, but choice times on sea days can go pretty quick.

This. If you want a specific time, like a prime time on a day at sea or a particular treatment, then it is best to book it ahead of time. Like with excursions you can cancel them up to three days before you sail without penalty, so there really isn't an advantage to waiting.

On the other hand, as others have said, there are deals to be had on the ship, but you'll have to take the treatments available and the time-slots remaining. DW ended up finding a massage and facial package about halfway through the cruise that was on sale for half price ($100 instead of $200) and then got another $25 discount when she ordered something else.

How much days before sail date can you book spa treatments or any other activity on the boat?
For your first cruise? If you are Paid In Full 75 Days.

The Couple's massage and possibly Swedish massage if I am remembering correctly sell out. If you really want a rainforest room pass, go to the spa pretty early on embarkation day, as they can sell out
