Do some hotels have more shuttles than others? Who is best?

Between Orlando airport and universal...)

Getting in late = 11pm on a Thur night, just looking for a decent to nice Hotel to sleep at for 1 night only, so the key is a shuttle that would be easy to get for a family. I'm worried about a situation that I would have to wait 40 min. for a particular Shuttle, could take a cab but if its a free shuttle... Gonna go to Universal the next day, so the closer to Universal the better but anything that way ok...

well the hyyatt in the airport is real nice i stayed there before when i get to mco late at night then go to disney the next day.
