Do restaurants have designated parking areas for EVC's?

First time using an ECV in May, and even though I've been to WDW a million times, I can't remember what people do with EVC's at restaurants!!!
I would imagine that there's designated parking areas outside of the restaurant, right??

Not really. We just park ours off to the side unless a CM tells us specifically where to park it (I think CRT told us to park it by the strollers).

I just look for where the strollers are parked and park with them. A cast
Member may tell you specifically where to park if that is not the case.

Look for strollers, that is a great hint. Otherwise look for little out of the way places that are close. Once you start looking, there are lots of nooks you can use for parking. And be sure to take your key with you.

Many, probably most, ECV guests can walk normal distances but not Disney distances.

Ask in the restaurant if you want to sit on your ECV while dining. Ask at the restaurant if you need to take your ECV to the table and will transfer.

At Jiko, what they did was the server took my ECV when I transferred at the table and he drove it over to a designated parking area (in the restaurant, but out of the way) where there were 4-5 ECVs. Then at the end of the meal, he went and drove my scooter over to me. Kind of like Valet Parking!

Been years but I had that happen at a number of meals
