The ones at CS did! The fridge wasn't very cold when we got there, but we cranked it up to the coldest setting, and then there were a few ice crystals in our water bottles. I suspect that even the non-freezer fridges can be adjusted. However, I don't know that I'd bother with ice packs if they are just to keep drinks cold ,unless you are using a stroller - who wants to lug a cooler all day? Not me! If you ask, any vendor will give you a free cup of ice/ice water. If your drinks are nearly frozen in the AM, they should stay fairly cool for a while, depending on how you have them and the weather (You know, if you have them next to your body, they probably won't stay cool very long, but in the shaded bottom of a stroller they will stay fairly cool until after lunch.)
