Do regualr CRO's see our DVC reservation?

Last year I had problems booking dining online and I had to use CRO but they did not "see" my DVC reservation. Is this still the case? Thanks

They do not use the same systems in Member Services as used at CRO. However, all of the reservation numbers are linked in to the dining reservation system. This is a change that took place earlier this year.

I decided to book a room on cash instead of keep the room I had on points. I wanted to book the cash room before cancelling the point room and CRO could see that I already had a reservation so they can see something.
