The official word from Disney Corporate Office is the mugs are good at the resort of purchase or a sister resort for the length of your stay.
Is this enforced? Sometimes - sometimes not!
What should you do? - whatever you believe is right! (Hey I drive 5 - 10 miles over the speed limit all the time, I know it is still wrong, even if the police do not enforce it)
