Do princesses/characters still roam?

I wish character we're allowed to view fireworks shows with a special guest at a certain location where it's not crowded. I can already see a picture of a child smiling while watching wishes with their favorite character.

I'm certain that could be arranged. Depending on the character it probably starts around $600. More than $1,000 for one of the fab 5. :thumbsup2

Note this would never happen, while yes you can pay for a special meet and great it has to be in an inside venue.

In June 2014, we met Princess Aurora and Prince Phillip roaming in EPCOT. They were by the Imagination Pavilion, so they weren't on the way to France. There was nobody around, so my girls got to spend a lot of time with them.

That being said, this was more like a "win the lottery" M&G. I've never had an experience like that before or since.

Aw this is precious! I would love to have an experience like this one day!

I remember seeing a video at Tokyo Disneysea where Scrooge,Marie and her brother Berlioz are messing with a trash can and Berlioz and Marie start mocking Scrooge.
I really hope Berlioz and Toulouse can became meetable at WDW or Disneyland in the future. Especially since their sister is the only character from the film that can be meetable at the WDW and is popular with guests.

I agree with everyone that 99% of all character meet and greets are only at scheduled times and locations. But every so often there will be an impromptu meet and greet. For example we saw Mary Poppins was a dozen feet from Tony's Town Square's door and she was signing in March. I don't thisnk that's a scheduled spot.

As other's have said: Kennythepirate.com
I think that is a scheduled spot because I have pictures with Mary Poppins in that spot. We saw her there in March 2012 and Sept 2014.

Apparently it's still common in Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Resort.
This is true. Really weird and rare characters too. People don't line up, but it's Japan so everybody is crazy polite...but it's still chaos in my opinion. It's fun meeting the rare characters, though!

I actually noticed that the majority of rare characters are very common in Japan especially during the parades and shows. Such as Clarice from the cartoon "Two Chips And A Miss" who is commonly seen along with Chip And Dale due to their popularity in Japan. Clarice along with Marie we're exclusive to Tokyo Disney Resort around 2008. Clarice showed up during the "Celebrate! A Street Party" during it's earlier run and was last seen at the "Dancing With Disney" event at Disney California Adventure from 2012 - 2013. Clarice was also spotted a few time at Walt Disney World first at one Easter event years ago and at Hollywood Studios. She hardly comes out in both parks anymore. Meanwhile Marie started showing up at WDW around 2007 or 2009 at Epcot then moved to the Magic Kingdom in 2012. Marie was also only found at the "Dancing With Disney" event and was the only time she was ever seen at the Disney Resort. Even Chef Louis from The Little Mermaid is at the resort and can be found in Tokyo Disneysea along with Bianca and Bernard from The Rescuers.
