Do park hopping buses run early?

I have an idea as to how we can squeeze in FOP with minimal wait. It would involve us going to DAK on EMH morning at 8am. This was the morning I originally intended to go to Epcot for RD at 9am. I'm wondering if it's possible to RD to FOP at 8am and hop over to Epcot before or around 9 am (not a big deal if we're late).

Do park hopping buses run this early though? If not we're staying at the All Stars which is not out of the way.

Not sure but you could always get a bus to AKL and then an EP bus from there. The quickest way would be Uber/Lyft/taxi/Minnie Van

You could also take a bus to BC or BW and enter Epcot through International Gateway.

8 AM is late for an Early morning FoP. I would arrive at 7-7:30 AM to then move on to Epcot early
