Crocs Endeavor

First off let me say, that I wore my Caymans all over Epcot and had no problems whatsoever! Love these shoes. But recently purchased the Endeavor model and those shoes are like a sauna!!

Your feet will sweat so bad that you will feel like you will slip and fall to the ground. (with or without socks) They are cute and comfy but only for 20-30 minutes.

I won't buy anymore crocs without the holes in them. The holes are key to ventilation.

Sorry to vent but I thought I'd help someone out if they were considering these.

IMHO...just back, 8 fab days in thes exact crocs .......no prob, loved them, never wore the sneaks I brought,...and Im Pooh sizes, 240 lbs,in 92 degree heat,I loved em every Disney day.

Hey! What happened to the Aspens? I have two pair of Aspens that look just like these Endeavors, but when I go to the Crocs web site all I see now are the Endeavors. If they are the same as the old Aspens I have two pairs that I wore to WDW last Dec and they were wonderful, but I agree I wouldn't wear them to WDW in hot weather. I do wear them to work every night though. In fact I have them on right now and took one off to compare them with the Endeavors pictured. I still say they're Aspens in disguise. :confused3

I bought a pair of Endeavors to try out before my trip in Dec. I've worn them to work a few times (work in preschool; on my feet a lot and also outside on the playground). I agree that my feet did sweat when I worn them without socks and they felt slippery. I am prone to twisting my ankles so I decided I would only wear them with socks on hot days. Since we're going in December and the weather will be cooler, I figure I'll probably be wearing them with socks and jeans most of the time so they should be fine. I also like the feel of wearing them with socks better anyway. They seem to fit better and give my feet a nice cushion for walking.

I have the Aspens too, must be the old version of the Endeavor.

I agree they were fine for December, I wore them last year at WDW in December. But I would not want to wear them in the summer months.

I have Athens and Beach to wear for our trip next week.

As I say to my non-believing husband... You just might not be cool enough for crocs. Good luck with that! ;)

I think your hubby has it right he is cool enough to know very well to steer clear of those atrocities everyone calls shoes LOL.

CROCS SUCK ALL STYLES ALL COLORS! :thumbsup2

Hey, my mom and my ex said the exact same thing when I bought my first couple of pairs, until I got them to try a pair on. That's all my ex wore last Sept at WDW and my mom (who still says they're ugly) now has seven pairs and that's all she's packing for our trip to WDW later this week.

My DS is very sweaty so we sprayed his feet with foot spray before he put on his socks and it definitely helped!

I am a manager at a major retail outdoor store and footwear dept. is under me as are 3 other dept. I have given these shoes shot on more than one occasion. They just are not the shoe(s) for me. We sell a lot of these shoes(crocs) and sandals to mostly women(90%). The return rate on them is high as well. Last month we sold approx. 620 pairs and had 154 returned. These shoes are good for some people out there but don't let the hype suck you in. These shoes can cause blisters that make your avearge shoe blister look like a mosquito bite. :thumbsup2
