Do Not Use Happy Limo

We have used Happy Limo for 3 round trips in the past year. The last 2 incidents were abominable. Both experiences occurred on our trip back to MCO - one from the Beach Club in January and one from Port Canaveral yesterday. In January, we had reserved a suburban for our family of 4 (2 small kids). They picked us up in a stretch limo that smelled so strongly of smoke and alcohol that my 7 year old had to ride with his head next to the open window to avoid getting sick. When we called them, they told us that this was an upgrade and couldn't imagine why anyone would complain. They refused to acknowledge that anyone had ever smoked in the car against company policy! This past weekend, we had reserved a passenger van for 6 people and 15 bags. They showed up in a suburban that most definitely did not hold all people and bags. What this meant was that the grandparents had to jump into a taxi at the port in order for all of us to actually make it to the airport in time. They were incredibly rude when we called, never acknowledged their mistake and could not have cared less. I strongly encourage you to use a different company. We gave them a second chance and seriously regret having done so.
 
sorry you had two bad experiences with Happy Limo. I have used them three times and each time was fine.
 
Guys..I have deleted superfluous posts here, and any posts that related to superfluous posts. Not my intention to cause any angst but this thread needed cleaning up.
 
I had a very bad experience with them also.

We had three legs with them... Myself, DD, Mom and stepdad all flew in together, first leg started great, he helped with bags, brought us out this back door at MCO, loaded us into cargo style van, provided the car seat, brought us to grocer. Arrived at hotel (Swan), he asked us to give him the tip for both back and forth as he would be our driver upon return. O.K., (HL told me this would be asked so O.K.).

DH arrived next night, easy transport, but the town car he said stunk really bad.

Upon checkout HL driver (different guy) was SUPER late... gave us a carseat that was FILTHY! Then drove like a maniac, so much so that DD got carsick, he refused to pull over or anything. His cell phone kept ringing, he wouldn't answer it. HL dispatch calls my phone and asks to talk to him... ON MY PHONE... he got mad at dispatch then threw my phone on the floor of the van! Dropped us off, and asked for his tip... DH told him he didn't deserve one and walked away. I told him to ask X because he had it!

NEVER AGAIN!!!
 

I have heard both pros and cons... I have used them 3 times as well. Only once I had a problem and I went to the driver and got that settled. The driver had a date or whatever in the front seat and I wasn't happy to have my drive NOT paying attention! Now the last 2 times the service has been great and we'll be using them on our trip in 2015.

It's never an easy pick...
