Do not forget your sun canopies

Having just returned from Disney the best advice I can give is buy a sun canopy for your pushchair (buy before you go).

We had two 2yr olds in our party, the sun canopy was an absolutely godsend, keeping the girls cool and stopping any over expsosure to the sun.

From all the comments we had from American parents it would appear that they do not have sun canopies over there.

It was also very handy to be able to find your pushchair in the parks as ours were the only two with canopies.

So forget the silly little sun umbrellas and buy a canopy.

This is excellent advice in my opinion. We bought a canopy called 'shade-a-babe' before our first trip with Ryan at 5 months, and it kept him cool in the hot sunshine, and also gave him a little privacy for afternoon naps. You can buy them online via the UK website.

It was the same story last trip in May - we had a number of parents approach us and ask where we bought the canopy from, as they couldn't find anything locally.
