I just got mine today and they are one word. HORRIBLE! Some of DVDs I cant even play because they are defective, they come in the paper sleeves and hard to get them out, some of the videos like from DINOSAUR I am not even sure why they threw that on the DVD. You can hear the audio but you dont see a darn thing during the entire ride because its so dark. They didnt use night vision when they should have or not bother throwing them onto the DVD to begin with. The walk through tours of the resorts, downtown disney, etc are off the wall! They are very shaky! And to make matters worse about 99% of the time the camera is constantly tilted. The zooming in and out is insane. I watched the tour of GF and parital of the market place and had to stop because it was making me feel lightheaded, dizzy and nausated with the constant zooming in and out, the shakiness and the tilting of the camera. Im sorry but these DVDs arent made to be sold. If they wanna sell regular disney fan videos, the quality better be good, there should be no shakiness or very little, and the camera should be straight! Good idea to sell this set, just not at the quality they should be at. I am VERY disapointed in them. So do you all yourself a favor and do NOT buy this set. My home videos of the shows and parades from 2003 turned out better then this entire set put together. And thats pretty bad! Especially since when I went in 2003 I was using a brand new video camera and I had never video tapped anything in my entire life before and they still turned out 99% better then this set! Reason why 99% is because I have to give them credit for the tours and the rides, which I didnt do at all. Compared to my videos and theirs, mine looks like professional quality, because I have VERY little shakiness and the quality is outstanding. However next time I go down, I am recording everything I can. Tours through hotels and shops, the parks, parades, shows, rides (of the ones I can actually record on). I sold copies of my last trip, so I will probably sell copies for my next trip. I will post after my trip in Aug 07 weither or not Im gonna sell copies and if I am, everyone is more then welcome to purchase them.

Woah! That's not good :(

Advise taken, thanks for the warning :)

I have wondered about those--quality etc. I hope you left feedback so other potential buyers know what to expect.

Unfortunately, it's not eBay -- the website is the seller's own, so negative feedback won't make it back to where prospective buyers could see it. The lack of professional quality of these DVDs has been very widely discussed online (including here on the DIS: http://disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1080061).

I am glad to hear these reviews, as I was considering the set. I certainly won't be buying now!

I've seen a few of them on google video and thought the quality was poor, I'd never buy them. Sorry you had to find out the hard way.

You wanna know what bothers me the most. To sit there watching these dvds only to find out that the entire set is ruined. Some you start to watch and then it stops saying disc cant be read or to have it skip and pause during the entire dvd. So I wrote them and told them to send me a whole new replacement set, free of charge. And they BETTER be perfect dvds. No skips, no pauses, be able to watch the entire dvd, and be able to play the dvd. I also told them it was completely unprofessional on their part for making me wait 2 weeks after I place my order just for them to get sent (their excuese was they had backup orders because of the sale. Sale or no sale, they should always have copies ready to be sent out immediately.) PLUS to send me an entire set that I cant watch because the dvds are defective. Also told them they better not charge me either for shipping or the dvds. If they do, I think I will have to pay a visit over at base legal to see my attorney. I am not the only one having problems. My sister bought the dvds to and hers arent working that well either. I know its the DVDs because I tried playing these dvds in my dvd player, PS2 and computer and they do the same thing.

Good luck with that. If it were me, I would have just had my credit card company put the charge in dispute, returned the crap to the supplier, and be done with it all.

I agree with Bicker. Also, most sellers/stores won't send out replacement merchandise without having the original item/s returned first.

As a side note, I wouldn't use the quality of video on google video to judge the overall quality of the original video. They compress the heck out of them.

With these ppl they are different. They said because its 100% their fault I dont have to return them. The main reason y I am keeping them is because some of the shows and rides actually turned out decent. Its just the walk through tours that get to me and the zooming in and out and the tilting of the camera. Other then that while I was trying to watch them, I got so used to how they were filmed it didnt bother me anymore. I guess its one of those things u have to get used to. As for the google videos, I to have seen them and the dvds are better then the videos, so u cant go by that. Another reason is they are filmed during xmas season and Ive never been to WDW during the xmas season and may never get the chance to go until after DH gets out of the military in the year 2020. Because his shop is strict when it comes to taking leave during Nov and December.

Ooops, I missed that. I have seen them on ebay and made the assumption that's where they were from.
