Hi All,
Ive previously recommended people use Beldings for car hire or airport transfers - now want to publicly refute this recommendation......
If you have booked with them,I hope you will cancel and mension my name as a reason why!He didnt care when I said I would let people know!
Firstly - last Saturday,they did not turn up at 9 a.m. for my pick up to take us to character breakfast.So at 9 .15,I rang and the lady said yes,it was in book - guy came on,no he didnt know.He eventually came and we were late.But they let us in!!
Yesterday I was left stranded at Epcot,just me and two toddlers - last night.
My taxi was booked for 9.30 - 9.45
But at 10.05 ,still no sign of them.So I was nearly in tears and managed to find taxi rank and miraculously found a lady driver with two car seats.It was a horrid time!
I rang Beldings this morning at 9 a.m.. (no call from them to check I was alive!!)to complain I was left stranded.The boss said his driver was there at 9.30 - but not where hed dropped me off,but by the taxis.I said I was not a mind reader (I was waiting where Id been dropped off and agreed Id be)
But I then said he was lieing because I was at the taxi rank finding a taxi and took ten minutes getting the car seats sorted -
so I asked,if his guy was there ,why didnt he see me doing this!?
He then said hed bended over backwards for me (providing two car seats,stopping off at supermarket on way to villa)and given me a good price - I said it was only a good price if they were there!It got very heated as you can imagine ..never once did I get an apology
Ive already paid $630 to them -so asked for $500 to be credited back - he refused ,saying he would take $200 - Id only had airport run ($75) and one Disney return and the mornings journey to Epcot - I said I was disgusted and would tell everyone I knew about it!!!I could tell he thought big deal-so please show some solidarity and if you have booked with them - cancel.
So,hope that gives you impression of what Im feeling about them!!!

I am so sry to hear what had happened! That is horrible business and even though I did not and would not hire them they are horribe and I hope people follow your advice!!!
