Do Navigators ever change?

We'll be on the 4/12 Eastern cruise and this is our first DISNEY cruise. We have been on another line about a year and half ago but it wasn't Disney. I'm in total planning mode right now and I'm trying my best to figure everything out. I went to ****** and have been looking around. I found a link for the Navigators from a 11/07 cruise. I noted down which nights were formal, semi formal, cruise casual, etc.....I'm trying to figure out what to pack and for what. I'm just wondering if these are the basics for each cruise. Meaning....

Sat-cruise casual
Sun-formal night
Mon-cruise casual
Tues-Pirate night
Wed-cruise casual
Thurs-semi-formal (captains gala)
Fri-cruise casual (till we meet again)

I'm also trying to plan out when we should book Palo's dinner. So if I figure a dinner rotation at each restaurant on Sat, Sun & Mon, go to Pirate night on Tues, maybe schedule Palo on Wed and then whatever restaurant we're scheduled for on Thurs & Fri, do you think that would work best? I'm not fussy on which restaurant we're in on formal or semi formal.

So please help me. This is my first Disney cruise and I want it to be a special one!!!! Do you think this schedule "works". I mean, we'll be able to go to Palo, we'll be able to go to each restaurant and we'll be able to go to each "special" dinner (pirate, captains gala, till we meet again)

What's your surefire way of planning out your dinners and such?

Hi! We're on an Eastern 3/15. I booked Palo dinner on Wednesday night, as I've heard that is "Master Chef" and it didn't appeal to me.

We booked brunch on Monday, 11am. So really it's the only meal until dinner (we don't eat a whole lot).

We booked the banana boat for DH and DD, and parasailing for DS and me for Friday morning.

We're just exploring the islands on our own. And we may book a couples spa treatment onboard (a villa one, it's pricey but may be fun, but it's one that you have to wait until onboard).

I think St. Martin and St. Thomas personally none of the excursions appealed to me. We just want to check out the beaches, then maybe go back to the ship and see it less crowded. Playing it by ear.
