Do Mears taxis offer car seats?

We're hoping to visit the premium outlet stores one afternoon and I'm just wondering if Mears offer car seats for young children. There are 5 of us including a 2 year old so with 5 I'm assuming we'd need a taxi-van rather than a car. Anyone know if car seats are available? Thanks in advance.

Pretty much all of the Mears taxis (Checker Cab) will have a car seat. A van would be what you need, and they have plenty of the all over the place.

Wow! Thanks so much for the response! You are always so helpful! Because we need the car seat, would we need to book in advance or would some cab-drivers carry one in the boot?

Nah... they usually carry them in the trunk, er um, "Boot" lol

You might want to go down to the Porte Cochere a bit earlier though, in case they only have Sedans waiting. They can call for a Van, but it sometimes takes 5-10 minutes for them to come from another waiting area.

Most Mears vans carry child seats. You can also request a van with a child seat and the bell captain will call in for one if there are not any on the stand. Your family is to big for a Sedan.
