do IOA and US both have character dining?

There is no character dining at the Studios but you will find characters wandering around the parks all the time...plenty of photo ops.

au contraire MW there is a character breakfast at IOA with the Cat in the Hat and the Things (1&2) but nothing in the evenings or mid day.

We went two years ago so my information is dated but the breakfast actually pretty good. It was standard american breakfast buffet but it was fresh and the servers and the characters interacted with everyone well.

We had the Cat in the Hat, the Things and the Grinch.

That's not what I said...there is no character breakfast at the STUDIOS...I wasn't talking about IOA. I guess I should have made that clear.

Confisco Grille at IoA has a character breakfast with Cat in the Hat. Thing 1 & 2, and Spiderman. The food was pretty good, and the characters were great. Spiderman was wonderful! He talked to my DS-7 for quite awhile (not crowded in January) and lifted him up in his chair. The Seuss characters were very good with him and my DS-2, and knew what would make each of them laugh and interact with them.

There's also character dining at the onsite hotels, but you'll need to check their schedules to see when they are. They usually have Scooby Doo, and I can't remember who else.
