Do I wait to book my excursion?

Should we wait to get our documents, or book earlier or what? Do the ones thru DCL book up quick? We have 3 DDs 7,9,11, are they old enough to do all the excursions? We'll be on the Western 7day May 10th. Is there a thread that list all the excursions for both the Western & Eastern Cruises?

Here's a link to DCL's excursion page. There's also a spot at the bottom of the site that gives info on how to book the excursions online which is how we did it. I would book at the 60 day range if you plan to do the DCL Stingray City or some of the more popular ones like the Catamarans, Banana Boat at CC, Regatas on the Eastern. Our youngest is 6 which is the youngest for most of the excursions, including the Catamarans, Stingray. The Regatas require age 12 and up - at the top of this forum I believe a Moderator posted some Excursion info too. Click here for the DCL site:
