My family and I are going to WDW in late September/early October. Do you think that it will be busy enough that I have to make PS reservations or can we just "wing it"?

With two kids, ages 2 and 1, we have to be flexible. ;) Plus, I don't want to feel tied down to a particular restaurant on a particular day(especially if it rains and we change our plans fo the day), but I would like to go to at least one character meal and 50's Prime Time Cafe.

What do you suggest? Thanks for your help!:D

I booked CRT and that is all I have so far. We're trying to fiqure out where we will be when and maybe make a couple more. We are going 9-25 thru 10-5, normally we haven't made PS and have been lucky....I don't know if the FTP will make it more crowded or not. I would at least get the character meal PS if you can still get one.

I made a couple of PS's last night and had no problems getting the exact times that I wanted for late Sept.

The general rule of thumb unless it is a holiday is that you dont really need PSs except if you want to go to a character meal or one of the more popular restaurants like Cal Grill or Cindy's.

I think you are wise to be flexible too many guest plan too much. Leave time to afternoons at your resort.
