Do I need to tell WDW that we need to use Magical Express

Should I have told the WDW reservation lady on the phone when I made our reservation that we would be using ME on our trip? We have been to WDW three times before but never used ME. Thanks!

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I mean, you DO need reservations. You didn't need to tell the lady on the phone, but you do need to call back. Disney can't transport anybody without a prearranged reservation (redundant, I know ). If you check the Magical Express threads at the top of this forum, there is a toll-free number just for DME reservations. It starts with 866.

Yep, reservation is needed. You can call the toll DME number, BUT, they won't be able to see you reservation unless it is in the next 30 days (I think).

You can call reservations back and they can add it to your existing reservation. In fact, I am surprised the agent did not ask when you called.

You need to give them your flight information....... have that handy when you call them.
